Individual Counselling (50 minutes) $175

Couples Counselling (50 minutes) $200
Couples counselling provides a supportive environment for you and your partner to address relationship challenges and improve communication. Your therapist can help you to explore issues such as conflict, intimacy, trust, and life changes, with the goal of strengthening your connection, resolving conflicts, and building a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
Family Counselling (50 minutes) $200
Family counselling helps you and your family members improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. Your therapist can guide the family in addressing issues such as parenting challenges, generational differences, grief, or major life changes, fostering understanding and unity. The goal is to create a healthier, more supportive family dynamic.
75 Minute Sessions $260+
You may need longer sessions for several reasons, such as dealing with complex or deep-rooted issues like trauma or relationship challenges, needing more time to open up, addressing multiple concerns, or being in crisis. Extended sessions allow for more thorough exploration, better support, and the use of specific therapeutic techniques. This decision is made in collaboration with your therapist.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk & Talk therapy is an outdoor therapeutic approach where you engage in counselling while walking in a natural setting. This movement-based format can help reduce stress, increase relaxation, and create a more open, dynamic conversation. It provides a comfortable space for you to discuss personal challenges while benefiting from the calming effects of the neighbouring lake. Walk & Talk therapy is ideal for those who prefer a more active, less traditional setting for their sessions.
