Rose Bright MSW, RSW
Life is an intersection of beauty and suffering, and therapy represents a space for you to explore the aspects of your experience that are challenging or difficult to hold. It is an opportunity to discover the facets of your internal world to deepen self-awareness. My role as a therapist is to approach all that you wish to explore with a warm curious heart, honouring your unique experiences and perspectives. I deeply respect the complexity of each individual’s life story, and will meet you where you are at, encouraging personal choice and self-determination.

I value the diversity of voices that exist within our world and approach my clients with cultural sensitivity and curiosity. I have experience supporting a wide array of concerns, but specialize in working with those that have experienced complex trauma. I also work extensively with those navigating depression/anxiety, grief and difficult life transitions.

As a trauma-informed practitioner, our foundation will be built upon safety, trust, choice and therapeutic collaboration. I encourage and welcome feedback from my clients throughout our journey to ensure you are being seen, heard, and are getting the most out of our time together.
